Vibes has the right to deny, refuse or reschedule any service.


Covid-19 Policies 

  • All clients must wear a mask during the entire duration of the service(s) 


  • ​Clients will have to wait in their car till they are given the okay by Vibes Salon that the previous client has exited and the salon has been properly disinfected and sanitized, this is to protect myself, you as my client and your families.


  • Clients are not permitted to bring any guest or persons that are not being serviced to Vibes Salon. If the client is a minor a Parent/Guardian must accompany them in the salon. Caregivers may come in to get the client settled but then must step out during the service. 


  • Clients will have to go to the restroom and wash their hands, have their temperature checked and use hand sanitizer provided by Vibes Salon before entry of the salon. 


  • If a client is showing any signs of being sick or has had any of the following in the previous 14 days Vibes Salon will stop the service and  they will be asked to reschedule for a later date.

  • Had a fever 

  • Shortness of breath 

  • Dry cough

  • Runny nose 

  • Sore throat 

  • Or has been around anyone with any of these symptoms

  •  If you have been tested for COVID-19 and have not received your test results back, Vibes Salon requires you to reschedule your service until you have received the results and have been cleared or have followed all orders from your Doctor, pre and post test results.

Vibes Salon asks for 48 hour notice if canceling your appointment. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, your card on file will be charged 25% of your quoted service. If you are a no-show for your appointment, your card will be charged 45% of your quoted service.

If you cancel/reschedule three services in a row, you will be asked to leave a non-refundable 50% deposit prior to rebooking. 

Appointment Reminders:

Appointment Reminders are e-mailed and/or texted 24 hours prior to your booked appointment time. Those reminders contain a link to reschedule your appointment in the event that unable to make your scheduled appointment. You are required to have a good, working cell phone number and/or e-mail to receive those reminders. Vibes Salon also asks that you have consistent reliable access to those services. If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please use the link in the reminder text/email, or text/call at (505)585-4193. 

Arrival Times: 

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, I will work to try to ensure I am able to perform all of the services for which you are booked. I reserve the right to reduce/reschedule services to ensure I am able to give all of my clients amazing service. 

Product Returns:

Vibes Salon cannot do any refunds on any products sold. Vibes Salon can exchange products ONLY if there is any malfunction with any nozzels or pumps.

Payment Methods:

I accept major credit cards and cash. I am unable to accept personal checks at this time.
