My grandmother was a licensed beautician and my mother was a licensed nail technician, so it only made sense for me to follow in their footsteps an d become a beautician as well.

After graduating from Cibola High School in Albuquerque, NM, I enrolled at the TONI&GUY Hairdressing Academy near the University of New Mexico in downtown Albuquerque.

While enrolled at T&G I was a member of the TONI&GUY Academy Design Team where I participated in Design Team Challenges and charitable events in Albuquerque.

I followed TONI&GUY to their current location in ABQ Uptown and graduated shortly after. I passed my state board exam and gained my cosmetology license on July 14, 2014.

I've been fortunate enough to expand my horizons and meet so many amazing people in the industry. I've learned so much from new techniques from balayage to Brazilian Blowout.

My main priority has always been to focus on my clients' wants and need to ensure that they feel as beautiful and as unique as they possibly can.

I have ample experience in cuts for men, women and children, color services including full color, full, partial and accent highlights, and balayage. I also have experience in Brazilian Blowout; styling including thermal techniques (flat iron, curly iron) and updos, both formal and casual.

about vibes salon

Vibes Salon was born of my desire to create a welcoming environment where my clients can experience a one-on-one experience with me. I really want to be able to "vibe" with my clients. ABQ Salon Suites offers the ideal opportunity to provide that experience, while allowing me to create a warm and welcoming "vibe" where my clients feel at home.

Taking cues from the eclectic, the decor is meaningful and whimsical at once. Taking inspiration from my grandparents and from my interests, just about everything in the salon has meaning behind it.

I offer complimentary snacks and beverages (coffee, tea, water, cola, diet cola and lemon lime soda) as well as a charging station for your smart phone or tablet, all in a secure, individual, private suite.
