All sessions of 1 hour or more include a complimentary wash and blowout.
A consultation isn't required for all color services, but it is always encouraged, especially for more complex processes. You are always welcome to send me reference images or book a consultation with me beforehand. I want to make sure you love your results!

Creative Vivid Color
Let's have some fun with color! Whether it's a bold all-over hue or a creative placement you've been dreaming, this service is for you. A consultation is required before booking. Priced at $65 per hour.

Straightforward, even color applied from root to end. Additional charges may apply based on the amount of product needed.

Color correction
Need to fix/change a previous color result or make a major change? Color correction takes time, care and focused details. Every situation is unique and requires customization, please reach out or book a consultation before booking so I can set the right expectations and prepare the best plan of action especially for you.

Policies
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards and cash. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept checks.
All new and returning Vibes Salon clients are required to have an active credit or debit card on file before their first service.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for any cancellation or reschedule request. We know life happens — we just need enough time to make accommodations to the schedule for another guest.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of your quoted service to the card on file.
No-shows will be charged 75% of your quoted service to the card on file. Fee applies
Clients who cancel or reschedule three appointments in a row will be required to pay a non-refundable 50% deposit of their quoted service before rebooking.
Late Arrivals
We understand late arrivals are possible and will do our best to accommodate, but depending on the service length, your appointment may need to be shortened/rescheduled to ensure every client gets the time and attention they deserve.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in an automatic cancellation. Standard cancellation fees apply in this case.

Product Returns
All product sales are final. We are unable to accept returns on any products purchased at Vibes Salon.
Exchanges are accepted only in the case of a product defect, such as a malfunctioning nozzle or pump. Please reach out to us and we'll be happy to help.
